Voltage Transformer (On-Site)

11kV VT Calibration
33kV VT Calibration

On-site calibration of Voltage Transformers up to 33 kV as per IS 16227 and IEC 61869. We verify ratio error and phase angle error for accuracy classes 0.2, 0.5, and 1.0, ensuring reliable performance for metering and protection systems. Testing is conducted using AITTS Plus with standard reference PTs, with controlled voltage injection to ensure accuracy without stressing insulation.

Current Transformer (On-Site)

Up to 2500A Primary Injection

On-site calibration of Current Transformers up to 33 kV as per IS 16227 and IEC 61869. We perform primary injection and secondary testing to verify ratio error, phase displacement, and burden performance for accuracy classes 0.2S, 0.5S, and 1.0. Testing up to 2500 A ensures accurate measurement under real load conditions using AITTS Plus with standard reference CTs.

Primary CT/PT Injection

All HT Consumers need Yearly/Periodic Calibration and Testing of instrument Transformers up to 33kV as per IS 16227 (Part-1 to 3) and IEC 61869 for 0.2, 0.5 and 1.0 Class accuracy of various type Voltage Transformers.

For 0.2 S, 0.5 S and 1.0 Class of accuracy for Current Transformers by using ELTEL Make, Automatic Instrument Transformer Test Set (AITTS plus) and Moon Light Electricals Make Standard Potential Transformers and Current Transformer.

The AITTS by ELTEL integrates precision measurement modules, programmable voltage and current sources, and a user-friendly software interface for data acquisition, control, and report generation.
